WHAT İS THE STRESS? HOW CAN WE GET OVER OURSELVES FROM İT?
Stress is a natural reaction .when we have a risk for something,we can stress.we can see to stress as physical,emotional,thoughts,behaviours.in life,there are a lot of trouble.and these can cause of stress.everybody know that stress were a negative situation but it has a protector features.ı can give you a sample.predator running towards you,and your body open the alarm system and your heart throw is increase,breathing is increase etc... so you are prepared.and you protected by stress.everybody want to get rid of stress .they can get rid of it .how? if you live witha routine and you always obey this routine ,you cant stress.if you do that,you can dicrease of stress.there is a survey about it.according to it,the most cause of stress is we reprieve our responsibities.we leave it to last day.there are a lot of solution way of get rid of stress more.
- instead of crying,we can be happy.
- we shouldnt think about negatives
- .we shouldnt reaction quickly.instead of it,we should think about how i could solve it.
- dont be angry
- studying is dicrease to stress
- spending time by intelligently
- doing some of hobbies
