HOW MANY HOURS WE SHOULD SLEEP ?
for healthy and luxurious life,sleep is very important.a lot of person is sleeping irregular.but irregular sleep bring some health problems.like Common cold, grip, intestinal diseases, reflux, severe headaches, migraine, temporary vision disorders etc. these are very dangerous diseases.sleepless mind can lose learning skills.because sleep is good effective about strengthening the learning.when sleeping,brain rationalize your lived .if you dont sleep regularly,you will be forgetful.The best way to succeed in the workplace is sleep regularly.Even if you only sleep poorly for one night, it affects your activity and skills the next day.for adult,optimal time is 7-9 hours in a day for sleep. who sleep under 6 hours a day,they have more cancer risk than others.but more 9 hours who sleep,who have heart conditions risk than others.so we should sleep enough.there are some advices from doctors;
- Stay connected to your sleep patterns under weekends
- do exercise everyday
- dont use electronic devices in bed
